This photo is pretty much self-explanatory... If you want it, go and get it! Getting healthy and in better shape is not easy. It takes work. It takes dedication, sweat, pain, and possibly a few tears. But it is totally, 100% worth the effort! Not only will you look better, you will also start to feel better. Your energy levels will be higher, and you will be more aware of your body! Listen to your body- it will give you warning signs if there is something wrong!

I choose to do it! I work out, I eat right (most of the time!), and I get enough sleep. I take my med's, take my vitamins, and try to eat a balanced diet! I want to be active and able to play with my kids, and I want to be around for them :)
